I’m very proud of this one. I did all of the research, came up with the texting conversation concept, and determined the shapes of each of the graphs. I worked closely with one of our designers to make sure it looked just right. This went on the company blog to compliment a post about NG9-1-1, and has been shared a good amount on social media.
